By signing this Petition, I support the call by Seafront for All and the Social Justice Coalition to Farrell Bernberg, Serena Rosslind and Lawrence Peregrino, directors of On Track Developments (Pty) Ltd to:

1. Allow the use of the Pavilion and Promenade Public Open Space to be determined by and for the good of all the people of Cape Town;

2. Agree not to proceed with their proposed development;

3. Support the call of the people for due process to be properly enacted.
