July 19th - Appeal to City on Neglected Public Amenities

Seafront for All today wrote to Councillor J P Smith in regard to the gross neglect by City officials of various public facilitities.  SEAFA's particular concern centres on the Sea Point Pavilion Swimming Pools the lengthy neglect of which is set to cost R 2.5 million to repair.
