May 13th - SEAFA Lodges Replying Affidavit

Seafront for All lodged its replying affidavit in the Cape High Court.  The affidavit responds to that of the developer, On Track Developments (Pty) Ltd.  On Track, headed up by Farrell Bernberg, with co-directors Serena Rosslind and Lawrence Peregrino, are the only remaining defendents in the matter, the City and Province having withdrawn their opposition.
