By signing this petition, I acknowledge and affirm that:

1. No commercial development of Erven 151, 153 and 318 Sea Point West should be allowed;

2. The Public Open Space at the Sea Point Promenade and Pavilion should be protected and maintained for all the citizens of South Africa not excluding the pools, lawns, walkways, paved areas and view points;

3. No rezoning of Erven 151, 153 and 318 Sea Point West should be allowed;

4. I support SEAFA in its endeavours to obtain the abovementioned goals.
